After a boring flight (boring == good) I arrived in India. Immigration was just a 15 minute wait and easy (no stupid questions like in the US but still fingerprinting and photography), but after that we had to wait more than one hour for our luggage. Plane was full and it looked like every other passenger had at least three suitcases. So we waited.
After that, a short transport by a hotel driver and arrival at the hotel. Person checking us in tried desperately to up-sell stuff, but I did not take the bait. Btw – hotel is protected by “security” – all luggage and items have to to through a scanner. And one small guy was guarding the door. Wonder what that should protect us from.
Rooms are good, but way too warm and the air-conditioning is quite noisy.
